Where are you Linens from?

All of our fabrics come from Czech Republic.

What is the weight of the Linen?

In our store you can find different weights of the Linen. We have linen from 2,5 oz up to 14,5 oz. Check out the following link in order to find out which of our fabrics are Light, Medium and Heavy weight.

When do I get my Tracking Number?

You receive your tracking number the same day you receive your invioce. It is usually sent between the next two days after you place your order.

Can I send my own label?

Yes, you can. Write to info@graylinelinen.com and let us know what your order is and we will confirm the weight and dimentions so you can send us your own label.

Why does my credit card does not goes through?

You can try any of this two recomendations:

  • 1. Remember that the zipcode of your credit card should match the zipcode you are entering at the time of paying for your order.
  • 2. You might have some browser misconfiguration. You can try using another browser (ex: edge, chrome or mozilla) or write us an email to info@graylinelinen.com with you order and we can help you.
Why is my fabric a different shade or dye from the one I order?

logoRemember that the colors on the screen may vary from the color in reality and due to the natural characteristics of linen, colors are subject to duplex variations.

This is why we encourage our customers to order a sample swatch to be sure of the dye and shade of the fabric before making an order. You can always send us a sample of the fabric you have in order to check with our linen specialist if we have a perfect match for the dye and shade you are looking for before you make your order.
