Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we deliver your fabrics in order to provide a better shipping rate for you.

Sample swatches and color cards are shipped using the USPS services in order to offer you savings on your shipment rate, but if you want a tracking number, you can always pay for UPS shipping.

We ship Light and Medium weight fabrics in a box between 1-20 yards, depending on weight of the fabric. After 20+ yards, we ship on a fabric roll. Due to handling fees with UPS there is also a handling fee charge that is added onto your total. It will show as “light weight fee, or medium weight or heavy weight. That includes with your total shipping price.

We are continuously working on behalf of our customers and that is why we offer some good shipping rates; however, we have the option for our customers to send their own shipping label or they can use their own UPS account, once we secure your payment, then we confirm the dimensions and weight of your items. If you don’t agree with our shipping prices which is automatically calculated through UPS, select “local pickup” and in special delivery comments put own label. We will than email you with the weight and dims.
